Our club is comprised of Pharaoh Hound owners who reside in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey,Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Delaware, who adore the wonderful Pharaoh Hound breed.

Our members are involved in a variety of dog events such as conformation, obedience, lure coursing, racing, rally obedience, agility, tracking, musical freestyle, and therapy work.

We hope you enjoy learning about the very versatile Pharaoh Hound breed.

Objectives of PHONE:

To encourage and promote quality in the breeding of purebred Pharaoh Hound and to do all possible to bring their natural qualities to perfection;

To urge members and breeders to accept the standard of the Pharaoh Hound as approved by The American Kennel Club as the only standard of excellence by which the Pharaoh Hound shall be judged;

To seek cooperative action among members, owners, breeders and exhibitors of Pharaoh Hound in advancing the welfare of the breed and to cooperate with other breed clubs and associations in advancing the welfare of  pure-bred dogs generally;

To do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of the Pharaoh Hound by encouraging sportsmanlike competition at dog shows, obedience trials, tracking tests, lure coursing tests and trials, agility trials and other events for which the club is eligible;

To conduct matches, dog shows, obedience trials, tracking tests, lure coursing tests and trials, agility trials, and other dog related events for which the club is eligible.

To enjoy the company of other Pharaoh Hound owners.
